IT IS THE NEW YEAR, WHICH MEANS IT IS TIME TO GET BACK ON TRACK WITH YOUR DIET. I KNOW THE HOLIDAYS JUST PAST AND YOU ENJOYED ALL THE DELICIOUS FOOD JUST LIKE I DID. HOWEVER, IT IS TIME THAT WE GET BACK TO OUR DIET PLAN. MY PLAN IS NO BREAD DURING THE WEEK ONLY WEEKENDS. NO EATING PAST 9PM AND NO DRINKING LIQUOR DURING THE WEEK JUST 1 CUP OF WINE. CUTTING CHICKEN AND GROUNG TURKEY OUT OF MY DIET SLOWLY AND USING BEYOND BEEF MORE. THIS YEAR I AM STAYING ON TRACK AND I HOPE YOU DO THE SAME. SO, TELL ME WHAT IS YOUR DIET PLAN FOR THE NEW YEAR.
